Families battling cancer struggle everyday to balance their recovery with caring and nurturing their young children at home.
Cuddle My Kids mission is to serve as an IN-HOME, NO-COST resource for families with cancer. Our program supports children through creative play, arts and crafts, and enrichment, while at the same time offering respite for the sick parent. This provides cancer patients uninterrupted time to focus on their own medical issues and healing, increasing their quality of life during treatment. We provide a six -week program with two in-home visits per week to qualifying families. Cuddle My Kids also serves as a resource for educational information and wellness support for parents with cancer.
