You Will Make A Difference

Nothing is better than making a child smile. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to enable young children to play, engage and express themselves in a positive way, leaving a mark that will never be forgotten. You will help parents and caregivers who are going through a very difficult time the chance to learn more about their disease, rest to aid in their healing, and precious moments to play and laugh with their kids. Your dedication and belief in our cause will allow us to touch one more family in their time of need and help enrich the lives of their children.

Cuddle My Kids volunteers are loving, kind and gentle people. We are mothers, nurses, teachers, education/nursing students and people that have been touched by cancer. Our volunteers are compassionate in their approach to helping families coping with the reality of cancer. We create the opportunity for a parent or caregiver to have quality time with their children or take the break they need. Volunteers with Cuddle My Kids are not babysitters but a role models for fun! Through comprehensive training sessions, you will gain the skills to create excitement by implementing ideas, crafts and activities each day of your visit. To see one day of our program, click here.

Every great organization recognizes the efforts of its support team. We value the volunteers that work behind the scenes in fundraising and office and administrative projects. If you are interested in sharing your expertise in these areas, we would love to meet you, too.
